18.Nov.2009 Colors and fun stuff!

I have been working on digital coloring and boy is it tough. I think it turned out pretty okay. I am trying to decide if I want to keep coloring pretty simple or try being real painter like with it. I don’t know yet. I kind of like simple, but paintery-like looks so pretty, too. And coloring hair is basically the devil no matter how you approach it.

I kind of like how the hair turned out though, it’s kind of gradient-like. But it took a lot of messing around with it to get it that way. Fun times!  Also, I have a big happy today because I got my Drifblim pokemon charm in the mail. It’s on my DS now. I love it. So cute<3

I’ve been really into the art of Kelsey Brookes lately. The way that he combines people and animals and culture into each of his paintings absolutely amazes me. It’s so magical and beautiful. You should go check out more of his stuff, it’s quite enchanting.
